Jade is a British Gymnastics Level 3 Women’s Artistic Coach, and is also Pre-School, and Freestyle qualified.
She studied at Leeds Metropolitan University gaining a 1st class honours in Sports Development.
As an ex competitive gymnast herself with nearly 15 years of competitions, she has been in the sport her whole life. She has developed a true passion for not only the sport, but the happiness and benefit it can bring to those involved.
Through Inspired Gymnastics she wishes to educate and advance the development of children in a fun environment.
Dan is a British Gymnastics Level 1 Women’s Artistic Coach, a health and fitness fanatic, and well established nutritionist, with many year’s experience of successfully helping thousands of clients and students to move forward in life.
Dan has worked extensively throughout the world training people in Calisthenics, and teaching correct nutrition.
He brings a holistic approach to sports performance, nutrition, living and general lifestyle.
A keen traveller he enjoys not only helping people across the world, but learning and incorporating new methods taken from different cultures.
Stevie has been involved in gymnastics since she was a toddler, she went on to compete in many competitions across Manchester.
Now, with many years of experience as a gymnast, and as a coach, she hopes to pass on the many life and physical skills she has developed.
As a member of Inspired, Stevie is full of life, energy and happiness, and this passes through to the gymnasts she is coaching.
Through Inspired Gymnastics she wishes to inspire and engage children via gymnastics in a fun environment.
Rochelle is a Level 3 General Gymnastics and a Level 2 Womens’ Artistic Coach
Rochelle recently moved to Manchester from London where she has been involved in gymnastics from a very young age and trained for 10 years.
Rochelle has experience coaching gymnastics in London, Bahrain and now Manchester.
She has coached and gained experiance in a variety of different settings including clubs and schools.
She has a real passion for gymnastics and wishes to pass all her knowledge onto teachers, coaches and children, to raise the standard of gymnastics in schools and ensure all children are learning the key necessary skills.
Katie is a qualified Social Worker with 6 years of safeguarding experience. Katie is able to keep up to date with current Child protection protocols and legislation within her current job role. She has also completed her Time to Listen Child Protection Course with British Gymnastics.
Since retiring as a gymnast herself she is a qualified Level 2 Gymnastics Coach with a keen interest and passion for Gymnastics.
Debbie is the head of our administration department, she is in daily conversations with British Gymnastics to ensure gymnasts insurances are up to date and registered.
Debbie has previously been a gymnastics coach and leads a very physically active lifestyle, she is a huge asset to Inspired Gymnastics, always willing to ensure the smooth operation of our Parrs Wood Classes.
Lauren has been involved in gymnastics since the age of 3 years old, competing in many competitions during her gymnastics career of 9 years!
She is now a World All Star Cheerleader and has been helping to coach the tumbling classes.
Ebony has always loved sports and has now been involved with gymnastics for 12 years. She really enjoys coaching children and being able to give back what she has learnt over the years. She took a break from Coaching when she got a new job but ended up back 2 years later because she missed it! She believes gymnastics is a sport you will always return too!
Gwen has been coaching gymnastics since the age of 13. She began participating in gymnastics as a child at the age of 4 and further down the line decided she wanted to help others learn what I had learned. She took part in gymnastics at a Novice competitive level, 4 days a week.
Throughout this time she gained an understanding from past coaches on how to effectively teach the sport. She is currently training to become a Primary School Teacher. Gwen is passionate about coaching and wants to help children become inspired and motivated.
Amy is a currently still a competing gymnast, who has been apart of the sport from the age of 5, but has recently competed as part of the Greater Manchester team. She has begun coaching as she wants to not only pass on her knowledge of gymnastics to everyone, she also wants to expand her knowledge by taking a different side to the sport. She loves every aspect of it and wants everyone to feel the same!
Adam has been involved with gymnastics for most of his life. As a gymnast he trained up to 20 hours a week, he was a Regional Champion and competed in the British Championships a few times finishing in the Top 10!
He is now studying at Oxford University and still has a real passion for keeping fit, managing to get a place in the University Running Team.
In the University Half Terms Adam loves to come back home and coach at Inspired, he enjoys helping all the gymnasts and passing on his extensive skills and knowledge.
Ella is a British Gymnastics Level 1 Women’s Artistic Coach. Ella became a competitive gymnast at 8 years old. She was a NWGA junior champion in 2011. Having to stop competing because of injury and increased school work, she wants to help children develop and learn new gymnastics skills, so they can experience the gymnastics environment. Ella is an active sporty individual who also takes part in a weekly football
Chloe was a regional competitive gymnast for 11 years, age 4-15 and had to stop due to injuries. She loves the sport and therefore wanted to keep involved with gymnastics and pass on my love for the sport to others.
